Leave your postcode and what wants doing and you get a call back the same day. Most likely somebody is stood beside an extraction machine loud enough to drown a ringtone.
What to have ready
- Moving out: bedroom count, the date the keys go back, and whether carpets are going in with it.
- Housework: how often, roughly how many hours, and how many bathrooms. In water this hard the bathroom count moves the hours more than the bedroom count does.
- Carpets: which rooms, whether the two receptions have been knocked into one, and how many flights of stairs the house has since the loft was done.
- Oven: single, double, 90cm range or AGA, and whether the hob and the extractor want doing too.
- Deep clean: name the three things you would be most annoyed to still find dirty at the end.
- The block name and the managing agent for a managed building, so the goods lift gets booked before the day rather than on it.
- Your road, if it sits near the stadium. We check the fixture calendar either way.

A Sunday evening is charged at the Wednesday morning rate, because there is only one rate. Early slots go first on the regular round, so ring a week ahead if the time matters more to you than the day.
Event days near the ground
Brent runs special event-day parking controls whenever the stadium or the arena is busy, overriding the normal residents’ permits across more streets than people assume, so anything in HA9 is checked against the fixture calendar before we confirm a time. The answer is often an early start or another morning.
Three things that move a start time
Month end, when check-outs bunch and the move out diary tightens for about a week. The fortnight before Diwali and Navratri, when deep clean demand around Alperton and Sudbury runs above anything else in the year and the weekend slots go first. And the goods lift in the blocks north of the stadium, which wants a day’s notice. None of the three touches what you pay.

Move out cleans sit on fixed bands from £156 for a studio to £425 for four bedrooms, oven on top. Carpets are £36 a bedroom, £43 a living room, £61 for a through lounge and £41 a flight, with loose rugs at £35 or £51. Ovens run £77 single, £110 double, £143 for a 90cm range and £143 for a two oven AGA, with a hob at £23 or £28 (ceramic or gas) and an extractor at £28 alongside. Housework is £23 per cleaner per hour weekly, £24 fortnightly, and ironing £12 an hour on top of the booked cleaning. A deep clean opens at £186. Upholstery goes per item from £13.
