The short answer is that hardly anything is set. There are no advertising networks here and no cross-site tracking under our control.
What the site stores

| WordPress session and security cookies | Used when you send a form, so the site can confirm the request is real and not automated. They clear when the browser closes or soon after. |
| Analytics | Where analytics is enabled, an anonymous identifier is used to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not identify you by name. |
Turning them off
Every browser lets you block or clear cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading the site, but the quote form may refuse a submission because it cannot run its anti-spam check.
