Here is what happens to your personal details when you get in touch with us about a clean.
The information we collect
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. We do not ask for anything else.
What it is used for
It lets us price the job, arrange the visit and contact you about the booking. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards our legitimate interest in running the job.
Keeping your details
Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.
Who has access
The office and the cleaners assigned to your job. We never sell your information or share it with marketing companies. Our website runs on a third-party host, and anything sent through the form goes securely to our booking system.

Your rights over your data
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 3609 and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
